02 / OS&E
Operating supplies
Linen, tableware, glassware, kitchen smallwares and guest amenities for opening day, consolidated to save on freight.
03 / KITCHEN
Kitchen & laundry equipment
Ovens, dishwashers, cold rooms, washers and dryers, booked to arrive before your fit-out teams need them.

Air conditioners, chillers and fridges need an ozone permit before import. We prepare it with your supplier's details.

A few helpful answers.
For hotel projects
Can you handle a full hotel opening or refurbishment?
Yes. We plan shipments from several suppliers and countries around your project schedule, so furniture, equipment and materials arrive when each phase starts.
Do air conditioners and fridges need a permit?
Yes. Equipment that uses refrigerant gas needs a permit from the Ozone Unit before import. We prepare the form with the gas type and country of origin.
Can we defer VAT on project imports?
Equipment and construction materials that are not trading stock may qualify for the SRC deferred payment facility. Apply about two weeks before arrival; we help you prepare the request.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your supplier locations, what you are shipping, the weight or volume and the dates you need goods on site. We will reply with options.
