01 / INVOICE
Commercial invoice
Detailing the value, quantity and precise description of all goods imported.
02 / CONTENTS
Packing list
Specifying the contents, weight and dimensions of each individual package.
03 / TRANSPORT
Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
Legal transport document serving as a receipt for cargo and evidence of the contract of carriage.
04 / IMPORTER
Importer details
Valid NIN (for individuals) or TIN (for businesses) registration with SRC.
05 / PERMITS
Import permit, if required
Necessary for controlled items like vehicles, chemicals or restricted electronics.

Incomplete or inaccurate documentation can lead to significant delays and additional storage charges at the port.

Radio and telecom devices need approval from the Communications Regulatory Authority.
