Import permits,
sorted before you ship.
Food, plants, cooling equipment and other regulated goods need the right permit before they leave your supplier. Kimbo Logistics checks what applies, prepares the paperwork with you and clears your cargo once it lands.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
Checked against your invoice

2
APPLICATION
Prepared with you
We prepare the applications from your invoices and follow them up until the permit is issued.
3
ON ARRIVAL
Cleared with the permit
We present the permits and certificates at clearance, then deliver your cargo once it is released.

Permits we handle
Permit and documentation support for importers, hotels and businesses across Seychelles.
01 / BIOSECURITY
Biosecurity import permit
Plants, animals and their products need a Biosecurity Import Permit from National Biosecurity Services, issued for each consignment before it ships.
02 / OZONE
Ozone permit
Refrigerant gases and equipment that uses them, such as air conditioners and fridges, need a permit from the Ozone Unit before import.
03 / FOOD
Health & veterinary certificates
Meat, dairy, seafood and other food may need health or veterinary certificates from the exporting country. We check them before arrival.
04 / VAT
VAT deferred payment
Equipment and construction materials that are not trading stock may qualify to defer VAT on import, with SRC approval before arrival.
05 / CONCESSIONS
Concessions & exemptions
If your business or project holds an approved duty concession or exemption, we clear your goods under it with the supporting letter.
06 / OTHER
Other regulated goods
Medicines, chemicals, pesticides, radio equipment and vehicles may need approval from another authority. Ask us before you order.

A few helpful answers.
About permits
When should I apply for a permit?
Before your supplier ships. A Biosecurity Import Permit is issued for each consignment and must reach your supplier before the goods leave.
What if goods arrive without a permit?
Customs or Biosecurity can hold, return or seize the cargo, and fines may apply. Checking the invoice before you order avoids this.
Can you prepare the forms for us?
Yes. We prepare permit applications from your invoices, including ozone permits, VAT deferred payment requests and concession forms, ready to sign.
How do I get started?
Email us your supplier's pro forma invoice or share it in the client portal. We will tell you which permits apply and what we need.
